We went with [Butiq name hidden] upon the recommendation of our planning team. Disclaimer - I never dealt with them directly apart from browsing their site to make styling choices and approve my designer's suggestions. I am not based in California so all the coordination was done by our designer and planner. The price was ok and on the wedding day - all their linens, chairs and decor pieces were good quality (at least it seemed to me). They also agreed to make a last minute reduction on our rental quan

19th February, 2020My, then future husband, and I walked into their location in roseville not really knowing what all we needed but their staff was so helpful and so amazing. They talked to us for a little while made some suggestions and even took us into the warehouse to look at some things. We ended up only getting a few items but they made some special arrangements so we could pick the items up instead of having to have them delivered. Overall great customer service and very easy to deal with.
19th December, 2019I was visiting [Butiq name hidden] with my sister to help her with her wedding needs. The staff were kind, attentive when asked for help and the selection is plentiful for events They offered to help is design but also freely allowed us to go for it ourselves and helped us when we selected what we wanted. I can't speak for the rest of the experience but the showroom was a pleasant one.
