They were very professional and so patient with us as we tried to decide how we wanted to set up the tables. We changed our mind and they were kind enough to move the tables for us without any complaints. We needed to be out of the venue by 9 pm and they arrived on time and had everything packed up well before our deadline. 30th September, 2019I recently coordinated a wedding at the Conservatory of Flowers that [Butiq name hidden] was hired for. I'm so thankful for their level of professionalism, timely delivery and pickup, and quality of their items. We were working with a bit of a time contstraint and if Unica delivered even 30 minutes late, we would have been in a pickle. They were ready to drop off the items 15 minutes before their delivery window started, making the rest of my day absolutely stress free. Can't wait to work with them again.
5th September, 2019Excellent experience - Mari is the person we worked with to get the order set up, and she was super helpful and responsive - Their catalog is very well put together so it's easy to "get the right stuff" for your event pretty easily - We got a confirmation email a few days before pickup time which was a nice reminder - We drove to the South SF location to pick up and the showroom was huge and clean and really nice, as was the warehouse itself - Everything was loaded in our SUV quickly and with c

21st May, 2019We entertain frequently and often do sit-down dinners for 16-20. Those dinners necessitate renting chiavari chairs. I have always used that well-known rental company with the first 2- letters Ab... My last rental with them caused me pause, because the chairs were badly scuffed and over a third of the chairs had 2 or more missing chair leg pads (resulting in wobbly chairs)! 21st October, 2018We chose [Butiq name hidden] based on the recommendation from our reception venue and we were very happy we did. I worked with Mari to coordinate delivery of our rustic cocktail tables and bar stools and everything worked out perfectly! The tables and stools fit our venues vibe and they were delivered on time. We will definitely use Unica again in the future.
